Samitivej Hospitals, a part of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS), is a leading chain of private hospitals servicing Thailand and the ASEAN region. Samitivej’s first hospital was established in June 1979. Samitivej’s main office is located in Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, Sukhumvit Soi 49 in Bangkok.

First hospital outside of Japan to receive the Japan Council for Quality Health Care (JCQHC) accreditation was Samitivej.
